Eng. Mervin Kambanda became a council member of ECN in August 2022. He is a registered incorporated engineer and has about 11 years of civil/structural, construction, project management and infrastructure maintenance experience. Eng. Kambanda holds a Bachelor of Technology degree (B.tech) in Civil Engineering specialized in urban from the Namibian University of Science & Technology (NUST), a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) from the Midland State University (MSU), Graduate School of Business Leadership (GSBL), from Zimbabwe and a candidate for a Masters Industrial Engineering (MIE) from NUST.
